Pause to regroup

As life changes and what you've known before becomes a distant memory, I find it good to stop and regroup once in a while to reflect a little on today. This is a hard thing to bring yourself to do as it requires time however, I find that it can help shape what you do tomorrow. Just sayin'.

Life with Emersyn is great. She's so much fun to watch and play with. She's beginning to discover more of her world. She started reaching out for objects a couple weeks back and she's generally a very smiley, happy baby. The day-care schedule is still hard but we're getting used to it. We're on a couple waiting lists for other centers so we'll see what happens.

We're preparing for our first big trip with her to Dallas. We hope she's in a good mood and really tired for the travel.
