So I'm reading a new book that has been pretty interesting so far. Its called, "Never Check E-Mail In the Morning". We recently had an internal speaker at a meeting that spoke about how to master how you plan the day and as a result control more of how you spend your day.
I've been trying to block portions of the day for certain activities and it really does seem to make a difference. The theory is that for the time you save moving from one activity to another, you loose a lot of time trying to figure out what you were just doing.

Not all about the baby
In an effort to keep things to not be all about the baby, I wanted to note a few new sites I've recently read about. There are a lot of travel sites out there. I tend to use Expedia because of the usability aspects of the site. One I just discovered, maybe more for research of locations is Wikitravel. Similar to Wikipedia, content is provided by individual contributors vs. from a company. Another interesting site was a mash-up bringing you free WI-FI locations called Hotspotr.
Okay, one line about Emersyn. She's doing very well and we're really enjoying being parents - even though its a real shift from before - but we knew it would be.
